Spike gets up and puts his shirt back on and walks up to Kaigen room and knocks "hey kaigen, i didnt look in your head i remembered you from when we went out after Faith left me, and we had a kid if you remembered, i jest wanted you to know that i am always here for you."
Kaigen turns from the window and blinks at the door, "It is not locked." She says with a sigh, before turning back to the night, putting the last remnants of her thoughts behind her barriers.
"It is now..." Faith lunges at the door as Spike tries to get in. "You had a kid with him? Dear God, this shit never stops." Faith doesn't know what to think,
after all she said about betrayal and shes the one with all the secrets "damn...." faith mutters "I don't know what to do now."
"I never had a kid." Kaigen says, "I've never even
slept with anybody. I think that perhaps he may be thinking of somebody else in that respect."
Faith can't help but believe Kaigen, there's just something so trusting in her eyes. "i really don't care, i'm sorry i was upset.....he just brings out all the anger in me. He is the only person capable of that." Faith lets out a long sigh, she really needs a drink. "Hey do you need anything? Are you feeling alright now?" Faith asks Kaigen.
"I am alright," Kaigen leaps into the room from the window, "though perhaps I could do with a glass of water." Her stomach growls, "and perhaps something to eat."
Faith smiles
thank god she says to herself, she was wanting to go to the bar, but not without Kaigen. "Well do you mind heading down to the bar then, i could use a drink and we could get you some food...."
She bites her lip and shakes her head, "I will go down then." She says after a moment, "Perhaps I could meet more... friends?"
"Sure....frien
ds." Faith says this questioningly, she doesn't really trust anyone here, they aren't the most personable people. "Just be careful with them, I don't know any of them well." They walk down to the bar, Faith glad that it appears empty. They sit down at the bar.
She stretches in her seat and sighs, "You do not really know them... Nor do you trust them yet." She says, "I can read that in your eyes."
"oh ya....what else can you read then...hmmm" Faith replies almost sarcastically. "Your right, i don't but don't let that stop you from getting to know them....if you want to." Faith however, didn't want her to, she was afraid she would get close to Kaigen and get left for these other people. Faith orders a Corona and some fries, "What would you like Kaigen?"
Spike gose back to his room wondering if he really remembered or it was just something that he thought. He gose back to his room and lays back down on the floor getting a feeling the he isnt wanted right now
"I... don't really know," Her voice was uncertain, "I haven't had very many types of food. Perhaps I will have some of these 'fries' as well, and a glass of water."
She leans back in her seat, "why are you so mean to him?"
"he isn't a good person, he used to be, i used to love him......how can a person you thought you knew change so much, so negatively? It absolutely drives me insane, like he's trying to be someone hes not. I dunno....I'm just over him, and hes not over me." Faith knows those words aren't true she'll always care for Spike, well, the old Spike. or was that even him? now shes just confused. "Lets talk about something else."
"Earlier you said, 'I've learned that and I live for myself now, not for fake dreams.' What happened?"
