Hahaha, well I'll double that to four cents, and it would probably be a lot easier to keep doing that... theoretically the later the post, the more meaningful it should be as any less substantial arguments for or against should have already been mentioned, but nevermind. Personally I'm against spending that much searching for a single person, if it were a group then sure... the people that comprise it should have an accumalative value anyway. Just to clarify, is that figure accumalative for multiple people as it is? For example would your government spend up to $14 million looking for 14 people at once...? that's a hell of a lot of money to invest on a project with a speculative outcome (the people being found or as the case may more likely be, not).
