Oh my dearest, I was so glad to find your letter today on my doorstep, I was so happy I just danced around the house through the hall to the kitchen. But I didn't open it before I had finished breakfast and was back upstairs in my room, on my bed... and you said I don't have strenght of mind to resist things!Prolonging the opening of the letter made me tingle all over, just like the thought of that prolonged moment before our first kiss still does...

The thought of that night still drives me crazy. It's the only reason I love heavy rain as much as I do. It was so magical. You wrapped your arms around me and held me tight as I shivered - can't remember was I shivering of cold or excitement. Our cheeks brushing together, your breath on my neck, the glistening raindrops trickling down your skin and on that moment I wanted to lick them up; I remember it all as if it was yesterday. I sometimes relive it in my bed, stroking my sides with my hands, imagining its you tickling me. I miss you so much, especially at nights.

Anyway, how are you? I hope you're enjoying your stay there, although I hope you're not enjoying it too much so that you'll come back quickly. I'm so sorry to hear about the hotel, but thanks for letting me know about the change of residence so quickly, otherwise this letter would have gone to the completely wrong person, and just imagine how that would have looked like! Someone would be very confused, and I should feel very shy... I think, I actually should feel shy already, thinking that you'll read my letter. Sending such a letter to such an innocent boy... I can only imagine your aunt asking you what is in the letter. Knowing you, you'd probably just blush, wouldn't you? Either way, tell her I send my regards...

But really, there's nothing to blush about, I assure you. I'm not ashamed to be this mad about you. And if you weren't so damn secretive, I would have already announced the entire world! But I know, I know, impatience gets us nowhere... It's just making me a little frustrated sometimes.

Although I suppose it's nowhere NEAR as frustrated as you were that time you came pick me up from the airport, on the bus home. But I still think you should have at least kept your eyes open so you could have warned me about that person coming up the aisle to use the bathroom. And I really don't think he believed that what I was doing on the floor was searching for a book in my bag..!

But don't worry, I'll come pick you up from the station when you return, and then on that bus home we can finish what was left unfinished. Until then, you'll just find ways to amuse yourself... I'm sure the photos you took on holiday will help you out. And I'm not speaking of the ones you took on the beach!

Oh sweetest, I miss you so much. I wish you hadn't gone... My friends are all asking why I look like a wet dog; being so far from you is having a detrimental effect on my appearances. Or maybe it's true what they said in Cosmo: that 'manmilk' is good for the skin... (although I'm not sure if they mean it to be used internally or externally).

Anyhoo, I've redecorated my house a little, so you might be a little surprised when you come back... Until then, my sweetest...

With lots of love

2006-02-21 Emily: That was an incredibly sassy and humorous story, haha. I just love the sarcasm and how the way the letter hints at things.

It's really not all that 'dirty' but when you set it up like that, the reader becomes tricked. Lovely story.
