Can I just ask why we have a link to a guestbook if there's no way for other people to sign it? Seems a bit needless to me.

I was just looking at [-deleted-] and it says that he:

Was last seen -3308 seconds ago.

How dos that work? Is it predicting when he next logs in or what? Also when you get up to things like 3308 seconds it may be better to move onto minutes or hours.

EDIT
It is counting down as well.. so is this guessing when he next logs in?

Now it's jammed on -2669 seconds. this is really weird. Still jammed...
Now it works again...

Can we have a larger box to type the comments into, please?

It really, really helps commenting to be able to see more than one line of what you're writing and not everybody enjoys having to type a comment in a completely different program.

Subject: New forum suggestion (Texts: 9 )

I reckon we should have a new 'general forum'

I was going to use a forum to ask a question about writing magazines, and coundn't see a suitable forum to put it in. Junk just didn't suit me :P

Of course it should still be somehow related to writing, but then that is what this community is about.

Would it be better to have the background of the top navigation bar a darker colour than the background of the rest of the site??

Subject: Upload Text & View Writings (Texts: 5 )

Er... I'm going to rewrite what I wrote to Font. [Hedda], you should know by now that I'm using Firefox ;)

Anyway. If I click the Upload Text button I get taken to an empty page. I do have a screenshot of it, if you need/want it.

I'm fairly certain it has something to do with the way I got the 'View Writings' button in my house to work, since it worked before I accidentally wound up with that.

Templates do not work either the wikis or the writings.
Could this be changed?

The right hand side looks rather empty. Could we put a border in if one of us draws it?

Should edited uploaded texts show up as new links?

For instance I 'tried' to edit my A test index, to Top Index, but insted of changing the name and destination it created a new link on the uploaded texts.

Subject: Suggestion (or question) for superwikiwriting (Texts: 5 )

Normal wikis have an info box in the bottom right corner, that lists previous page versions, number of watchers etc etc, any particular reason why superwikis dont? Do they? Am i just not finding it? Can we have one please????

I just realised that letting others have editing access to my work and removing the password isnt a good idea if theres no previous page button, or view changes button, to make sure no body ruins it or that i can return it to normal. :/

edit: there is a show older version button :/ but cant we please have our regular info box? ;-;

Subject: Spelling (Texts: 2 )

On the "Update attributes" page:
Images can be anything from that you draw commics to that you draw or make photos as a part of your writing.

Shouldn't it be comics? And wouldn't be simpler to make it: "Images can be anything, from comics you draw to pictures or photos you make as a part of your writing".

Also, on genres, what do we understand for comedy? Shouldn't it be "humor", so it won't get mistaken with poems or plays not necesarily humoristic?

Subject: Suggestion: Neater writings list (Texts: 3 )

In the list of writings (that you get by clicking on the "The writings" button), I guess that each writing starts with the author's member number. Wouldn't it be nicer if it started with their username?

Also, the list could be presented as a table with

Author ("[peura]")| Writing ID ("The Forest.1") | Title ("The History of the Forest")

There should be a link to each member's "writings" in their presentation.

Subject: Suggestion: Writing genres in presentation (Texts: 4 )

It would be nice to have a number of writing genres to mark in your presentation, just like you can mark known languages.

Maybe also some sort of "writing style" list where you can mark if you write poetry, novels, short stories or other.

Subject: Licence -> License (Texts: 2 )

License is misspelled on http://www.writersco.com/superwikiwritings.html (where you enter a writing) and also when you look at an existing writing (http://www.writersco.com/superwikiwritings.html?n=1112087966&name=14.The%20Forest.1 for example)

I think there should be a newline between the forum name and the "go to forum"/"join forum" button in the forum list.

(There isn't any suggestions forum that I can find, so I'm using this one instead.)
