My son's second grade teacher taught his class a song that I really love! It goes to the tune of 'Row row your boat', and the words are as follows:

Write, write, write your thoughts,
Make your message clear!
Tell the reader what you know,
and what you hold so dear!

Exciting news!!!!

I have just signed a Publishing Contract with Mundania Press! They will be putting my story 'Still Life' up for sale as soon as the technicalities are attended to! *dances*

I'm Published!

My distinct personality,The Dreamer-Minstrel might be found in most of the thriving kingdoms of Medieval times. I can always see the "Silver Lining" to every dark and dreary cloud. Look at the bright side is my motto and understanding why everything happens for the best is my goal. I am the positive optimist of the world who provides hope for all humankind. There is nothing so terrible that I can not find some good within it. On the positive side, I am spontaneous, charismatic, idealistic and empathic. On the negative side, I am a sentimental dreamer who is emotionally impractical.

Ok, I know you guys know I'm a writer, and I know you are too. So I'm hoping this little poem I found about the joys of spell-checkers amuses someone besides me. ^_^

Eye halve a spelling chequer. It came with my pea sea.
It plainly marques four my revue miss steaks eye kin knot sea.

Eye strike a key and type a word and weight four it two say
Weather eye am wrong oar write. It shows me strait a weigh.

As soon as a mist ache is maid. It nose bee fore two long
And eye can put the error rite. Its rarely ever wrong.

Eye have run this poem threw it. I am shore your pleased two no.
Its letter perfect in it's weight. My chequer tolled me sew.

I write mainly fantasy, although my novel, Tales of Tenlotte: Arcana and Abstraction is mixed-genre fantasy/sci-fi.The first nine chapters are available to read under my writings, found in the above link. I dabble in horror, fairytales, historical fantasy, and even some general fiction, non-fantastical stuff.

I enjoy RP'ing, I love talking with and helping other writers/artists, and I am called 'The human dictionary' by those who love me well. My fiancee goes so far as to call me 'The human spell-check.' I think the only word in the English language I don't know how to spell right is 'neccessary' (sp)!

I'm a fair critic, and an excellent editor-for-hire. My editing services come at a pretty cheap price, all things considered. All I ask is that those who wish me to help them with editing read and critique a section of my writing.

Please, feel free to message me if you like. I'm always friendly and easy to get along with! Just ask my friends!

Some favorite links:

http://www.0800-horoscope.com/birthchart.html Doing an astrological birth chart (natal chart) is an really good way to fill out the personality of your favorite character! I use this one to help me during character development, because I want my stories to be populated with real people, not cookie-cutter gingerbread men.

http://www.hollylisle.com/fm/ This is the Forward Motion Index, a valuable resource for any writer seeking to be published. Holly Lisle, a succesful published writer, has put together this amazing website devoted to helping fellow writers hone their craft and join the published world.
